Terms & Conditions of Service
Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Pure Disposal LLC (“Pure Disposal,” “we,” “us,” or “our“). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms“) govern your use of our website at puredisposal.com (the “Site”) and all junk removal, dumpster rental, cleanout, and related services we provide (the “Services”).
By visiting our Site, requesting a quote, booking a Service, or accepting work from our crew, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

- Residential and commercial junk removal
- Furniture, mattress, appliance, and electronics removal
- Attic, garage, estate, and property cleanouts

2. Quotes and Estimates
Photo quotes and phone estimates are provided based on the information and photos you share with us. Final pricing is confirmed on-site by our crew before any work begins.
Quote validity: Quotes are valid for a reasonable period from the date issued. Pricing may be reconfirmed if the quote has not been accepted within a short time or if market conditions change.
Scope changes: If the actual scope of work on-site differs from what was described in your quote (more items, heavier items, items not accessible, additional cleanup required), our crew will quote the revised price on-site and you can accept, decline, or modify the scope before work begins. No work beyond the original quote will be performed without your approval.
No obligation: Receiving a quote does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when you accept the final on-site price and our crew begins work.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is based on load volume or project scope, as discussed during your quote. Starting rates are available on our Pricing page and may be adjusted for:
- Heavy items (concrete, dirt, mattresses, tires, large appliances)
- Hazardous materials (we don’t take these — see Section 7)
- Difficult access (upper floors without elevators, long carries, narrow driveways)
- After-hours or emergency service
- Travel beyond our standard service area
Payment methods: We accept cash, check, major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment (per the methods displayed at checkout or on the invoice).
Payment timing: Payment is due upon completion of the job, unless a prior commercial account arrangement is in place.
Commercial accounts: Approved commercial accounts may be invoiced on terms agreed in writing in advance. Late payments may be subject to a service charge as permitted under Florida law.
Returned payments: A fee may apply to returned checks or declined credit card charges, as permitted by Florida law.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Scheduling: We offer same-day and 24/7 service when crew availability allows. Standard appointments are scheduled during our regular business hours. Weekend, evening, or holiday service may be available.
Arrival windows: We provide a time window (typically 2–4 hours) rather than an exact arrival time. We’ll call or text when our crew is on the way.
Delays: Weather, traffic, or earlier jobs running long may delay our arrival. We’ll keep you informed.
Cancellations by you: You may cancel or reschedule any appointment at no charge by notifying us in advance of your scheduled arrival window. Last-minute cancellations, or no-shows where our crew arrives and is unable to perform the work, may be subject to a trip fee to cover crew and travel costs. Please call or text us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations by us: If we need to cancel due to weather, crew illness, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control, we’ll reschedule at the earliest available time with no fee.
5. Access and Property Preparation
Access: You are responsible for ensuring our crew has safe, legal access to the items being removed. This includes:
- Someone being present (or giving us written permission to enter unattended)
- Unlocking gates, doors, and access points
- Clearing a path to items
- Identifying any HOA, condo association, or shopping center rules we need to follow
- Reserving freight elevators or loading docks where required
Parking: You are responsible for providing or arranging parking for our truck and trailer within a reasonable distance of the items being hauled. If parking tickets or towing fees result from parking at an address you provided, you agree to reimburse those costs.
Permits: If a permit is required for dumpster placement on a public street or for work in a historic district, you are responsible for obtaining it unless we agree in writing to obtain it on your behalf.
6. Items We Will Take
Pure Disposal LLC takes most non-hazardous residential and commercial junk, including:
- Furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics
- Yard waste (branches, palm fronds, hedge trimmings)
- Construction debris (drywall, lumber, roofing, concrete in agreed-upon volumes)
- Household junk, boxes, clothing, toys
- Scrap metal, bicycles, grills, hot tubs
- Cleanout contents (attic, garage, estate, hoarding, foreclosure)
- Commercial equipment (restaurant, office, retail, warehouse)
Final determination of what we will take is made by our crew on-site.
7. Items We Will NOT Take
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot take the following items. If you have any of these, we will leave them on-site and may be able to refer you to a specialist:
- Hazardous waste — paint, solvents, gasoline, motor oil, pesticides, pool chemicals, batteries (large/vehicle), fluorescent bulbs with mercury
- Medical waste — syringes, pharmaceuticals, biohazard material
- Asbestos — any asbestos-containing material (requires licensed abatement)
- Mold-contaminated materials — if visible mold is present, we may refer to a licensed mold remediation specialist
- Fuel-containing equipment — vehicles, boats, lawnmowers, generators (must be fully drained of fuel and oil)
- Propane tanks (full or partial)
- Ammunition, firearms, explosives
- Radioactive material
- Human or animal remains
- Illegal substances or contraband
If prohibited items are discovered mixed in with the junk after we leave your site, we reserve the right to charge an additional disposal and handling fee, and in some cases, return the items to you at your expense.
8. Donations and Recycling
Pure Disposal LLC is committed to eco-friendly disposal. When possible, we route usable items to local donation partners (Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, charitable organizations) and recyclable materials to appropriate facilities (metal recyclers, electronics recyclers, refrigerant recovery centers).
We cannot guarantee that any specific item will be donated or recycled — the final destination depends on item condition, partner availability, and current demand. We make a reasonable effort based on our judgment.
9. Property Damage
Our crew is trained and insured, and we take reasonable care when working on your property. However:
- Normal wear and tear — Minor marks, dings, or scuffs that occur during the removal of large or heavy items may be unavoidable and are not considered damage.
- Pre-existing conditions — We are not responsible for damage to items, walls, floors, or structures that was present before our crew arrived.
- Damage caused by our crew — If our crew causes actual damage to your property through negligence, please notify us promptly after the service by calling (239) 738-6716 or emailing sales@puredisposal.com. We will inspect, document, and if liability is confirmed, repair or compensate for reasonable damages up to the limits of our liability insurance.
Documentation required:
- Photos of the damage
- Date and time of the service
- Description of what happened
Claims should be submitted as soon as possible after service completion so we can accurately assess the cause of the damage.
10. Liability and Insurance
Our insurance: Pure Disposal LLC carries general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance (COI) is available on request for commercial clients or property management situations.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Pure Disposal LLC’s total liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
No liability for:
- Items of unusual, personal, or sentimental value that are mixed in with the junk being removed (you are responsible for separating keepsakes before our crew arrives)
- Pre-existing damage to property or items
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, lost business opportunities, or lost revenue
Items left behind: You confirm that any items our crew removes are being discarded. Once removed, items become the property of Pure Disposal LLC and will be disposed of, donated, or recycled at our discretion. We cannot retrieve items after they have been removed.
11. Customer Responsibilities
By booking a Service with Pure Disposal LLC, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the location, scope, and items
