Brandon and Brittany founded Pure Disposal LLC in 2015, and Naples has been on our route from year one. Between the estate cleanouts in Port Royal and Aqualane Shores, the downsizing from Pelican Bay high-rises to Moorings villas, and the interior demolition cycle that never stops on Old Naples cottages, we’ve been running discreet, HOA-compliant crews through Naples long enough to know which communities want unmarked trucks at the guard gate and which property managers prefer a text before arrival. Family-owned, lifelong SWFL natives, still answering our own phone.
Most of what we haul in Naples falls into a few shapes: discreet estate cleanouts when a long-term resident sells or moves to assisted living, whole-house tear-outs for luxury remodels in Port Royal and Park Shore, interior demolition when the buyer immediately guts the kitchen, and hot tub removal from the lanais that came with the 1990s home you’re now updating. We arrive on time, we leave the property broom-clean, and — importantly — we don’t advertise our presence to your neighbors.
Naples runs on HOAs, and Naples HOAs are stricter than most. We know which communities require guard pre-clearance, which will only approve pickups Mon–Fri 9–4, which won’t allow a truck in the driveway (only at the service entrance), and which want vendors bonded and named on the property manager’s approved list before we’re allowed through the gate. We coordinate with your community’s front desk or PM before we send the crew — not the other way around.
A lot of the Naples work we do is for families going through transitions — a parent moving from Port Royal to memory care, an inheritance being cleared before the listing, a downsize from six bedrooms to two after a spouse passes. These are sensitive jobs. We send patient crews, work on your timeline, and can arrive in an unmarked truck on request. Nothing about the job needs to be visible to the street.

He not only took care of it with very little notice at a very fair price, he was incredibly kind and respectful throughout the process and made her feel comfortable. Naples is about 45 minutes from our Fort Myers base. We schedule around season traffic (Nov–Apr) on I-75 and US-41. Bigger cleanouts are booked ahead; single-item pickups often same or next day.
Community name (Port Royal, Pelican Bay, Grey Oaks, etc.), the gate or vendor-approval process, and photos of the job. Mention if you need an unmarked truck or a specific arrival window.
Upstairs carries in older Old Naples cottages, a bigger interior demo than the photos showed, or specialty items (piano, wine cooler, safe). We tell you the new number before we begin — never after.
Wet paint, fuels, full propane tanks, chemicals, asbestos, and medical waste. Firearms and cash are your responsibility to secure before we begin an property cleanout.
