Brandon and Brittany started Pure Disposal LLC in 2015, and attic cleanouts in Fort Myers are one of the most common calls we get from homeowners preparing to sell, downsizing after retirement, or finally tackling the “stuff we shoved up there 15 years ago” project. We bring the ladder, we do the climbing, and we haul everything down and off the property in one visit.
Here’s what we’re not: we’re not attic mold remediators. If your attic has a mold problem, you need a licensed mold remediation specialist, because that work requires containment, specialized equipment, and certifications we don’t have. What we do is clear the junk first, so a specialist has room to work. If you need one, we can point you toward licensed companies in the Fort Myers area.
Not every attic has flooring. In many, the only safe place to stand is on the joists, and one misstep can put a foot through the ceiling below. Hatches are often narrow, and bulky items can’t always come down whole. A crew that has done it before plans the route first.
Boxes in an attic often hold photos, paperwork, and keepsakes. If you can, go through anything labeled that way before we start, and set aside what you’re keeping.
Florida attics get extremely hot in summer, so stored items break down faster and clutter piles up because going up there is miserable for half the year. We climb up so you don’t have to.

We price by trailer load: $125 for a single item, $280 for a ¼ load, $450 for a ½ load, $635 for a ¾ load, and $750 for a full trailer. We confirm the price before we start, and there’s no hourly billing.
No, we aren’t certified for mold remediation. If your attic has mold, you need a licensed remediation specialist. We clear the physical junk so the specialist has access, and we can haul the remaining debris afterward.
Tell us before we book. We don’t handle mold remediation or suspected asbestos, and those need licensed specialists. Once the material is dealt with, we can haul the regular debris.

Yes — the physical insulation debris (blown-in that’s been damaged, batt insulation that’s water-damaged) we haul. Insulation replacement is a specialist job (referred to insulation contractors).
Yes — attic cleanouts are dusty but not disruptive to the rest of the home. Most homeowners stay downstairs and we come and go.
