Professional junk removal in Punta Gorda, FL — from Historic Downtown to Burnt Store Isles
Brandon and Brittany started Pure Disposal LLC in 2015, and Punta Gorda has been on our route for the downsizing work that never stops in a retiree destination. Between the Historic Downtown cottages, the canal-lot homes in Punta Gorda Isles, and the waterfront properties across Charlotte Harbor and Burnt Store, we’ve been coming north from our Fort Myers base long enough to know which streets our trailer clears and which properties still have septic setbacks the county cares about. Patient with bigger cleanouts, family-owned, lifelong SWFL natives.
Most of what we haul in Punta Gorda falls into a few shapes: discreet property cleanouts when long-time residents sell or move to assisted living, whole-house cleanouts as homes finally change hands after years in the family, downsizing help for retirees moving from four-bedroom homes to condos on Fishermens Village, and interior demolition for the buyer-driven remodels that always follow. We work with families and realtors — on the timeline your family needs.
Built for sensitive family transitions
A lot of Punta Gorda work is emotionally hard for the family — a parent’s passing, a spouse moving to memory care, a decades-old home being cleared for the first time. We send patient crews, talk through what stays and what goes, and don’t rush the sensitive parts. Silverware, photo albums, old letters — those aren’t decisions we make for you.
Waterfront-property access
Punta Gorda Isles has some of the best-known canal-lot properties in SWFL, and Burnt Store Isles is even more waterfront-heavy. That means narrow side yards, seawalls, and pool cages between our truck and the load-out. We’ve done enough of it to plan the approach before we quote, not after.

I just had an incredible experience this evening with Brandon and his disposal company. I needed an emergency recliner removal from one of my senior client’s apartments. He not only took care of it with very little notice at a very fair price, he was incredibly kind and respectful throughout the process and made her feel comfortable. I will use his services again in a heartbeat!

Brandon and his team are personable and kept in contact with me throughout the day. We lost the first floor of our house from Hurricane Ian and our friends and family helped us tear out everything after the storm, including some family photos we wanted to salvage. I asked them to keep an eye out and they did everything they could to find some of our photos to keep. Thank you guys!

We reached out to Brandon to clear out our garage and storage room. He responded very fast, gave us a quote, and set a date. Pick up was very professional and fast. They didn’t leave a single piece of trash behind even brought their own dust pans and brooms to sweep up. Saved his number and will definitely reach out for future needs.

Punta Gorda junk removal FAQs
We’ve answered the most common junk removal questions so you know exactly what to expect with Pure Disposal.
Do you cross into Charlotte County for Punta Gorda?
Yes — Punta Gorda is on our regular route. We’re based in Lee County but we handle Charlotte County permit rules and dump facilities so you don’t have to.
Can you handle Punta Gorda Isles canal-lot properties?
Yes — PGI canal lots are one of our common jobs here. We plan approach around seawalls, narrow side yards, and pool-cage load-outs before we send the crew. Send photos of the property and the exit path with your quote.
How much does junk removal in Punta Gorda cost?
Pricing is by volume, starting at $125 for a single item and scaling to $750 for a full trailer load. Property cleanouts and whole-house clears are quoted from photos or a walkthrough before arrival — no on-site surprise pricing.
Do you handle probate and post-inheritance cleanouts?
Yes — this is one of our largest Punta Gorda service categories. We work with families and realtors on move-outs and post-inheritance property clearing. Tell us the timeline (before listing, after listing, before family arrives) and we build the cleanout around that.
How fast can you get to Punta Gorda?
Punta Gorda is about 40 minutes from our Fort Myers base up I-75. Same-day is possible with morning notice; scheduled cleanouts are booked ahead so we can coordinate with the family.
Can you work with our realtor on a downsizing timeline?
Absolutely. We regularly coordinate with realtors on pre-listing cleanouts and post-sale clears. Give us the realtor’s contact when you send your quote request and we schedule directly with them.
