Three years on the beach
Local to Fort Myers Beach
Professional junk removal on Fort Myers Beach — from Times Square to Bay Beach
Brandon and Brittany started Pure Disposal LLC in 2015 — long before Ian took most of Fort Myers Beach in September 2022. When the Matanzas Pass Bridge reopened, we were one of the first Fort Myers crews making regular runs down Estero Blvd, hauling out storm-destroyed interiors and hauling in the rebuild waste ever since. Every haul on the beach is planned around toll windows, single-lane sections, and neighbors who are still trying to reopen their business.
Most of what we haul on Fort Myers Beach comes from three sources: construction debris from ongoing rebuilds, vacation rental turnovers as properties come back online, and whole-house cleanouts when a property finally changes hands after years of delayed decisions. We work with rebuild contractors, rental managers, and homeowners — from Times Square through Villa Santini Plaza to Bay Beach.
Built for Estero Island logistics
Fort Myers Beach is a long, narrow island with one main road (Estero Blvd) and one bridge in. That means every haul depends on toll timing, road-work windows, and the fact that construction traffic still dominates parts of the island. We plan trips around that — you get a firm arrival window, not a “sometime today.”
Post-Ian rebuild experience
Three years into the recovery, Fort Myers Beach is still in active rebuild. Homes are being lifted, businesses along Times Square are still coming back, and rental properties are being restored to code. We know which streets are cleared, which zones still have permit-heavy construction, and which contractors are still working the north end vs. south end of the beach.
Common Cape Coral jobs
- Post-Ian construction debris
- Vacation rental turnovers
- Whole-house rebuild cleanouts
- Interior demolition (kitchens, baths)
- Furniture & appliance haul-away
- Business rebuild waste
What Fort Myers Beach customers say
Brandon and his team were prompt and professional when it came to clearing out a large shed in my yard. Not a single thing was left behind. Highly recommend his services
Quick and respectful service. Cleared out a whole home that belonged to a relative. The price was very fair considering the amount of work they had to do. 10/10
We reached out to Brandon to clear out our garage and storage room. He responded very fast, gave us a quote, and set a date. Pick up was very professional and fast. They didn’t leave a single piece of trash behind even brought their own dust pans and brooms to sweep up. Saved his number and will definitely reach out for future needs.
Needed a neglected hot tub gone. Pure Disposal was fast, professional, and took extra care not to damage anything on the way out. Highly recommend.
Brandon had the best prices and came through as fast as I needed him. Absolutely no complaints. Him and his buddy came in and got the job done, and when I say this shit wasn’t light, wow!! 2 men for cast iron tub, bath vanity, 8 bins FILLED with cement and tiles. Would recommend this business to anyone in need. Thanks again!
Brandon and his team were fantastic! They showed up right on time, got to work immediately & completed the work in a very clean and efficient manner. They removed several large items of furniture from our condo, and were in & out in under an hour. Incredible experience from start to finish!
I just had an incredible experience this evening with Brandon and his disposal company. I needed an emergency recliner removal from one of my senior client’s apartments. He not only took care of it with very little notice at a very fair price, he was incredibly kind and respectful throughout the process and made her feel comfortable. I will use his services again in a heartbeat!

Good to know
Fort Myers Beach junk removal FAQs
Do you cross the Sky Bridge to Fort Myers Beach?
Yes — Fort Myers Beach is part of our regular service area. We plan trips around Matanzas Pass Bridge toll timing and Estero Blvd construction windows so you get a firm arrival window. Post-Ian rebuild support has been steady work for us since 2023.
Can you handle vacation rental turnovers on Estero Blvd?
Yes — rental turnovers are a big part of what we do on the Beach. Send us the address, unit condition photos, and either give us a PM contact or a lockbox code. We haul the old furniture and turnover debris, send you before/after photos, and invoice from there.
How much does junk removal on Fort Myers Beach cost?
Pricing is by volume, starting at $125 for a single item and scaling to $750 for a full trailer load. There’s usually a Sky Bridge timing factor on weekend loads. Rebuild debris and whole-house tear-outs are quoted from photos before we arrive.
Do you work with rebuild contractors on the beach?
Yes — most of our Beach work is contractor-coordinated. Send us the GC’s name and phone with your quote request, and we can schedule pickups directly with them on the project timeline. Multi-load rebuild support is a fixed part of our workflow.
How fast can you get to a Fort Myers Beach address?
The Beach is 35–45 minutes from our Fort Myers base depending on Sky Bridge and Estero Blvd traffic. Same-day is possible for smaller loads with morning notice; larger rebuild hauls are booked ahead.
Can you help with post-storm property cleanouts?
Yes — that’s essentially been the entire Beach market since Ian. Storm-damaged furniture, waterlogged appliances, drywall tear-outs, and whole-house cleanouts are all fair game.
