Brandon and Brittany started Pure Disposal LLC in 2015, and construction debris removal has been one of our fastest-growing services every year since Hurricane Ian (September 2022). We haul what your contractor tore out — drywall, cabinets, tile, hardwood, framing scraps, roofing tear-off, water-damaged fixtures, and the debris pile that keeps growing in your driveway. No dumpster rental to book, no per-item add-ons, no “we don’t do that material” surprises when the crew shows up.
Construction debris usually leaves you two options: rent a dumpster that sits in the driveway, or pay your contractor to haul it. We offer a third. We haul directly on our trailer, on your project timeline, priced by trailer load.
A lot of our work on Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach, and North Port involves rebuild debris, such as drywall from flood-damaged interiors, roofing scraps from re-roofs, and framing from lifted homes. We plan around the causeway and use trucks sized for island streets.
If your contractor tore it out, we can load it and take it away. These are the materials we haul most often.
Full sheets, broken pieces, and dusty debris piles, including water-damaged sections. We load it all so the job site is clear for the next crew.
Kitchen and bath cabinets from tear-outs. We dismantle them when needed to get them out without damaging what's staying.
Tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and carpet with tack strips. Flooring is heavy, so tell us how many rooms are involved.
Offcuts of 2x4s, plywood, sheathing, and trim from remodels and new builds.
Asphalt shingles, underlayment, and flashing scraps from re-roofs. Shingles are heavy, so tell us the size of the roof when you contact us.
Flooded fixtures, water-damaged interior materials, and wind debris, hauled so repairs and rebuilds can start.

Yes — GCs and remodelers set up project accounts with us. We do weekly on-call pickups, invoice per project, and coordinate with your PM on scheduling.
No — those require licensed abatement contractors. We can refer trusted abatement companies in Fort Myers if you need one. Once the material is safely contained by an abatement crew, we can haul the containment debris.
Yes — leftover drywall, framing scraps, roofing offcuts, and packaging from new-builds is standard work. Same flat trailer pricing.
