Local to North Port
Brandon and Brittany started Pure Disposal LLC in 2015, and North Port has been on our map since Ian pushed most of Charlotte and Sarasota Counties into rebuild mode. Half of North Port is still working through storm-damage cleanups from Ian and Milton — flooded interiors, storm-toppled sheds, and construction debris from every re-roof and drywall replacement. We come across the county line from our Fort Myers base with the trailer capacity to clear a whole-property storm haul in one trip.
Most of what we haul in North Port comes from three sources: post-hurricane construction debris, yard waste and storm-toppled brush, and whole-property cleanouts as families finish repairs and finally list their homes. We work directly with rebuild contractors, insurance adjusters, and property managers on the timeline your project needs.
North Port sits in a low, flat area that took real damage from both hurricanes. That means the volume of debris per property is often bigger than a normal cleanout — flooded drywall, water-damaged appliances, storm-toppled sheds, and yard brush stacked from lot line to lot line. We bring a full-size trailer and clear it in one trip, not three.
North Port straddles Charlotte and Sarasota Counties, and each side has different permit rules, different dump facilities, and different pickup schedules. We work both — you don’t have to explain which side of the county line you’re on.

I asked them to keep an eye out and they did everything they could to find some of our photos to keep. Thank you guys!

I just had an incredible experience this evening with Brandon and his disposal company. I needed an emergency recliner removal from one of my senior client’s apartments. He not only took care of it with very little notice at a very fair price, he was incredibly kind and respectful throughout the process and made her feel comfortable. I will use his services again in a heartbeat!

We reached out to Brandon to clear out our garage and storage room. He responded very fast, gave us a quote, and set a date. Pick up was very professional and fast. They didn’t leave a single piece of trash behind even brought their own dust pans and brooms to sweep up. Saved his number and will definitely reach out for future needs.
