Brandon and Brittany started Pure Disposal LLC in 2015, well before Ian changed everything on the islands. When the causeway reopened, we were one of the first Fort Myers crews making regular runs to Sanibel — hauling storm-damaged interiors out and hauling rebuild waste ever since. Homes and contractors on the island know our trucks by sight now, three years into the recovery. Family-owned, licensed and insured, same phone number every year.
Sanibel isn’t a typical service call, and we don’t treat it like one. Getting here means the Sanibel Causeway — now fully rebuilt and hardened after Hurricane Ian — and we plan every Sanibel junk removal job around island access, so you get a firm arrival time instead of a vague window.

Community or building name (Cape Marco, Old Marco, Hideaway Beach), unit floor, and any HOA vendor process. Mention if you need an unmarked truck.
High-floor condo carries, specialty items (piano, wine cooler, safe), or bigger interior demo than photos showed. Told before we begin.
Wet paint, fuels, propane, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste. Firearms and valuables are your responsibility to secure before property cleanouts.

Our crew does the lifting and loading and leaves your space broom-clean.
Upfront pricing
The load chart is the same one we use in Fort Myers. You text a photo of the pile and the path to the street. We name the load size and the price before anything goes on the truck.
Stairs, a long carry down a shell street, and a tight drive are already in the quote if the photo shows them. If we only see them on arrival, we tell you the new number before we load.
Causeway traffic can move the arrival window. It does not change the load price after you have approved it. Hot tubs, interior demolition, and heavy remodel debris are priced from the photo as their own job, not as the $125 minimum.
