Local to Bonita Springs
Bonita Springs sits right on the Estero Bay side of Southwest Florida, and it has three distinct sides worth knowing when you’re booking a haul-off. There’s the beach side — Bonita Beach Road, Barefoot Beach, and the older waterfront cottages along Little Hickory Bay. There’s the gated-community belt — Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, Palmira, Spanish Wells, Vasari — where every haul-off has to clear a guard gate and respect HOA driveway rules. And there’s Old 41 through downtown Bonita and the newer developments spreading east toward I-75. We plan every Bonita Springs junk removal job around which of those you’re calling from.
The most common calls we get in Bonita fall into a few shapes: hot tub removal from lanais and pool cages, whole-house cleanouts from snowbirds and long-term residents downsizing to smaller villas, and trash haul and bulk pickup for items the county curb service won’t take. We come from our Fort Myers base — about 30 minutes to Bonita — often same-day when the schedule allows.
A haul-off inside Bonita Bay or Pelican Landing isn’t the same as a curbside pickup on Old 41. We coordinate with your community’s guard ahead of time, keep our truck out of shared driveways when the HOA asks, use pads on stone thresholds and tile floors, and leave the space broom-clean — no debris trail down the golf-cart path. Property managers in the area book us on repeat for exactly that reason.
A lot of Bonita homes turn over as snowbirds head north or long-term residents move to smaller condos. We’re set up for that: send us photos before you leave for the season, and we can coordinate the cleanout on a date that works for your closing, your realtor’s showings, or your family. You don’t have to be on the property when we come.

He not only took care of it with very little notice at a very fair price, he was incredibly kind and respectful throughout the process and made her feel comfortable. I will use his services again in a heartbeat!

Brandon and his team were fantastic! They showed up right on time, got to work immediately & completed the work in a very clean and efficient manner. They removed several large items of furniture from our condo, and were in & out in under an hour. Incredible experience from start to finish!
Brandon and his team are personable and kept in contact with me throughout the day. We lost the first floor of our house from Hurricane Ian and our friends and family helped us tear out everything after the storm, including some family photos we wanted to salvage. I asked them to keep an eye out and they did everything they could to find some of our photos to keep. Thank you guys!

Brandon and his team were prompt and professional when it came to clearing out a large shed in my yard. Not a single thing was left behind. Highly recommend his services
We reached out to Brandon to clear out our garage and storage room. He responded very fast, gave us a quote, and set a date. Pick up was very professional and fast. They didn’t leave a single piece of trash behind even brought their own dust pans and brooms to sweep up. Saved his number and will definitely reach out for future needs.

Bonita Springs has its own rhythm — snowbirds heading north, downsizings mid-season, and gated communities that require guard coordination. Here’s why Bonita neighbors and property managers book us on repeat.
We know Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, Palmira, Spanish Wells, and Vasari by name — pre-cleared with your guard, HOA-quiet on the driveway.
Patient, quiet, respectful crews. We take the time to talk through what stays and what goes — no rushing, no upselling.
Send photos before you head north. We coordinate with your realtor, closer, or family — you don't have to be on the property when we come.
Brandon and Brittany started in 2015. Bonita Bay, Palmira, Pelican Landing — our trucks have been on their approved-vendor lists longer than most of the property managers.
Before you book
The four things worth knowing before you send us a quote request — so we can lock in a firm time and a firm price the first time.
Bonita Springs is about 30 minutes from our Fort Myers base — often same-day when the schedule allows. Season traffic (Nov–Apr) adds 10–15 minutes; we'll factor that into the arrival time we quote.
Gated community name (Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, Palmira, etc.) and any visitor / gate process. Also whether the pile is in a lanai, garage, upstairs condo unit, or behind a pool cage — that tells us what equipment to bring.
Stairs to a second-floor condo, a hot tub bigger than the photo suggested, or a longer carry from the front door to our truck. We tell you the new number before we load — never after.
Wet paint, fuels, full propane tanks, chemicals, asbestos, and medical waste. If you're not sure about an item, ask us in the quote — we'll say yes or point you to the right place.
How it Works
Use our contact form or call (239) 738-6716. Mention any gate name or HOA notes.
Flat, all-in quote and a firm arrival time — often same-day for Bonita.
Two-person crew, floor protection, broom-clean finish. You don't lift a thing.
Upfront pricing
Your price is based on how much truck space your junk fills — no hidden fuel or dump fees, ever.
Where we work
We come from Fort Myers to Bonita Springs regularly — and we cover the wider Southwest Florida region with the same upfront pricing and same-day service.
Good to know
Yes — we’re regularly in Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, Palmira, Spanish Wells, Vasari, and the rest. Give us the gate name and any visitor process when you send your quote, and we’ll coordinate directly with your community’s guard.
Yes — hot tub removal Bonita Springs is one of the most common calls we get. We drain, dismantle on-site, and haul it away, even from behind a pool cage or off a screened lanai. Send us a photo of the tub and the path out for an exact flat price.
Pricing is by volume, starting at $125 for a single item and scaling to a full trailer load ($750). We price junk removal based on how much truck space your items need — no hidden fuel or dump fees. Request a free quote for an exact number before we start.
We come from our Fort Myers base — about 30 minutes to Bonita — often same-day when the schedule allows. Request a quote or call early in the day for the best shot at a same-day slot, especially during season (Nov–Apr).
Absolutely. Send us photos before you leave for the season and we can coordinate the cleanout on a date that works for your closing, your realtor, or your family. You don’t have to be on the property when we come.
Yes — that’s most of what we do. Furniture, appliances, hot tubs, construction debris, mattresses, and other bulk items that Lee County curb pickup won’t take are all fair game.
