Professional junk removal in Lehigh Acres, FL — from Lee Blvd to Homestead Rd
Brandon and Brittany started Pure Disposal LLC in 2015, and Lehigh Acres has been on our map from year one. With half-acre lots, active new construction along the eastern corridor, and one of the busiest rental turnover markets in Lee County, Lehigh keeps us busy in ways Naples doesn’t. We know which subdivisions have narrow easements, which streets our trailer clears, and which properties still have septic setbacks the county cares about. Family-owned, straight pricing, no upsells.
Most of what we haul in Lehigh Acres falls into a few shapes: yard waste and brush hauling from the big lots off Homestead Rd and Sunshine Blvd, rental turnover cleanouts for landlords and property managers between tenants, construction debris from the new builds going up east of I-75, and scrap metal pickup — old cars, appliances, metal sheds — that Lehigh homeowners want off the lot before the county comes looking. We come from our Fort Myers base — about 20 minutes across Lee Blvd — often same-day.
Built for Lehigh half-acre lots
A yard-waste haul in Lehigh isn’t the same as a curbside pickup in a subdivision. We’re used to quarter- and half-acre lots with hurricane-damaged brush stacked at the property line, palm fronds nobody bagged, and old fencing that came down in the last storm. We bring the trailer, load it ourselves, and haul it in one trip — no per-item fees, no coming back for the piece you forgot.
Rental turnovers & property manager work
Lehigh Acres is one of the largest rental markets in Lee County, and we work regularly with landlords and property managers on tenant turnovers, foreclosure cleanouts, and post-eviction hauls. Send us photos, we send back a flat quote, and we coordinate the cleanout with your PM or handyman on the ground — no need for you to be there. Same for the code-enforcement cleanouts when the county gives you a deadline.

I just had an incredible experience this evening with Brandon and his disposal company. I needed an emergency recliner removal from one of my senior client’s apartments. He not only took care of it with very little notice at a very fair price, he was incredibly kind and respectful throughout the process and made her feel comfortable. I will use his services again in a heartbeat!

We reached out to Brandon to clear out our garage and storage room. He responded very fast, gave us a quote, and set a date. Pick up was very professional and fast. They didn’t leave a single piece of trash behind even brought their own dust pans and brooms to sweep up. Saved his number and will definitely reach out for future needs.

Brandon and his team are personable and kept in contact with me throughout the day. Why Lehigh calls us back
Built for big lots, rental turnovers, and straight pricing
Lehigh Acres is different from the coastal towns — big lots, active rentals, and homeowners who don’t want a fancy sales pitch. Here’s why Lehigh landlords, property managers, and residents book us on repeat.
Built for half-acre lots
Full-size trailer, real crew, big-lot capacity. Brush piles, palm fronds, hurricane debris — cleared in one trip, not three.
Landlord- & PM-friendly
Rental turnovers coordinated with your handyman on the ground. You don't have to drive to Lehigh to unlock the door.
Straight pricing, no upsells
The number in the photo quote is the number on the invoice. No per-item surprise fees, no "we found something extra" charges.
A decade running Lehigh
Brandon and Brittany started in 2015. Ten years of Lehigh work means we know the streets, the code officers, and which subdivisions still have unpaved shoulders.
Before you book
What to know before you book in Lehigh Acres
The four things worth knowing before you send us a quote request — so we can lock in a firm time and a firm price the first time.
How fast we can get there
Lehigh Acres is about 20 minutes from our Fort Myers base across Lee Blvd — often same-day when the schedule allows. Weekend and Monday mornings are our busiest windows for rental turnovers.
What to send with your quote
Street name (Lee Blvd, Homestead Rd, Sunshine Blvd, etc.), rough lot size, and whether it's a rental turnover, homeowner cleanout, or new-build debris. That tells us what trailer to send.
What can change the price
Hidden debris behind the property line, a bigger brush pile than the photo showed, or a scrap-metal load with heavy items like old cars. We tell you the new number before we load — never after.
What we won't take
Wet paint, fuels, full propane tanks, chemicals, asbestos, and medical waste. Vehicles with fluids and batteries still in them need to be drained first — we can point you to the right process.

Good to know
Fort Myers' Junk Removal FAQs – What Customers Ask Most
Do you haul large yard debris and brush piles in Lehigh?
Yes — large-lot yard waste, brush piles, palm fronds, and storm-damaged fencing are one of our most common calls in Lehigh Acres. We bring a full-size trailer, load everything ourselves, and haul it in one trip. No per-item fees, no coming back for the last piece.
Can you handle rental property turnovers in Lehigh Acres?
Yes — rental turnovers and post-eviction cleanouts are a big part of our Lehigh work. We coordinate directly with landlords and property managers, work from photos, and can meet your handyman on the ground for access. You don’t have to drive to Lehigh to unlock the door.
How much does junk removal in Lehigh Acres cost?
Pricing is by volume, starting at $125 for a single item and scaling to $750 for a full trailer load. Yard cleanups, rental turnovers, and property cleanouts are quoted from photos before arrival — no on-site surprise pricing, no per-item add-ons.
Do you take scrap metal, old cars, and metal sheds?
Yes — scrap metal pickup is one of our steady Lehigh services. Old washers, dryers, AC units, bicycles, exercise equipment, metal sheds, and inoperable vehicles (with fluids drained) all count. Send us photos for a flat quote before we arrive.
How fast can you get to my Lehigh address?
Lehigh Acres is about 20 minutes from our Fort Myers base — often same-day when the schedule allows. Text a photo before noon for the best shot at a same-day slot; property managers usually book us next-day for scheduled turnovers.
Can landlords or property managers book cleanouts remotely?
Absolutely. Landlord and PM cleanouts are a fixed part of our Lehigh workflow. Send us the address, unit condition photos, and either give us a handyman contact or a lockbox code. We handle the cleanout, send you before/after photos, and invoice from there.
