We price by volume — how much of the trailer your junk fills. That means you get a flat, upfront quote based on the space you need, and we’re motivated to load fast and clean, not drag the job out.

How is my price actually determined?
By volume — how much of our trailer your junk will fill. We look at your photo, match it to the closest tier ($125 minimum through full trailer), and send back a flat rate. Weight, hours on the clock, and how many stairs you have don’t affect the quote.
What if my junk turns out to be bigger than the photo showed?
We’ll tell you before we start. If the load is genuinely larger than what your photo suggested, we’ll show you what tier it actually fits, quote the updated flat rate, and let you approve it before any lifting happens. No surprise charges after the truck is loaded.
Do you charge extra for heavy or awkward items?
No. Hot tubs, refrigerators, fridges full of food, upstairs couches — the flat rate is the flat rate. If it fits in the space we quoted, we take it.
Do you charge for stairs, long carries, or difficult access?
No stair fees, no distance-from-truck fees. Tell us about the access when you send the photo so we bring the right equipment, but it won’t change your price.
When do I pay — and how?
You pay after the job is done, not before. We accept card, cash, and standard digital payment. No deposits, no booking fees.
Do you match competitor quotes?
Send us the other quote and a photo of the load. If it’s an apples-to-apples comparison (same volume, all-in), we’ll work with you.
Is there a fee to cancel or reschedule?
No. Text or call — we book around real life.
Do you offer discounts for repeat customers or larger jobs?
For repeat customers, realtors, and property managers doing regular cleanouts, yes — call and ask. For large multi-load jobs, we can usually build a package rate.
