Brandon and Brittany started Pure Disposal in 2015, and commercial junk removal is a regular part of our work. When a job is too big for a maintenance team and too specialized for a regular trash service, we handle it. You deal with one person, one crew shows up, and you get one invoice when it’s done.
Leased equipment, such as copiers, kitchen equipment, and POS terminals, usually belongs to the leasing company and has to be returned, not hauled away. Check your lease or equipment contracts before the clear-out, and tell us which items are yours to dispose of.
Business records often have to be kept for years, so set aside documents you need to retain, or arrange shredding, before the clear-out. Let your landlord know your dates, and think about whether any equipment or inventory can still be sold before we haul the rest.

He not only took care of it with very little notice at a very fair price, he was incredibly kind and respectful throughout the process and made her feel comfortable. They didn’t leave a single piece of trash behind even brought their own dust pans and brooms to sweep up. Saved his number and will definitely reach out for future needs.
