Brandon and Brittany started Pure Disposal in 2015, and Marco Island has been on our route from year one. Between the second-home turnovers when owners transition to full-time residence, the vacation rental furniture cycles, and the property cleanouts across Marco Beach and Old Marco, we’ve been crossing the Judge Jolley Bridge long enough to know which condo buildings need loading-dock coordination and which single-family properties need side-gate access. Family-owned, patient with island logistics, still answering our own phone.
Most of what we haul on Marco falls into three shapes: discreet property cleanouts when long-time Marco residents downsize or sell, second-home turnovers when out-of-state owners renovate or transition ownership, and interior demolition for the kitchen and bath remodels that never stop on the island. We come across the bridge from our Fort Myers base — about 50 minutes with normal traffic.
Built for condo buildings & HOAs
Marco Island is condo-heavy — Cape Marco, Sunset House, South Seas Tower, Belize — and each building has its own loading dock rules, freight elevator schedules, and vendor-approval process. We coordinate with your building’s front desk before we arrive, use the service entrance when the HOA prefers it, and keep the job invisible from the main lobby.
Second-home remote coordination
Half of Marco Island is second-home ownership. When you’re not on the island, we send photos before and after, coordinate directly with your rental manager, cleaner, or realtor, and handle the full turnover without you flying in. You approve from wherever you are.
