From $125, no surprises
We sweep up every job
Only in Estero, Florida
Brandon and Brittany started Pure Disposal LLC in 2015, and Estero was on our route from year one. Between the gated developments off Corkscrew — Grandezza, Pelican Sound, Shadow Wood, West Bay Club — the FGCU move-out crush every May, and the snowbird turnover between seasons, we’ve been coming down US-41 to Estero long enough to know which HOAs want the truck at the service gate and which want it at the front door. Family-owned, lifelong SWFL natives, still answering our own phone.
Estero sits right between Fort Myers and Bonita Springs, and it works differently from either one. Half the community lives in gated developments — Pelican Sound, Grandezza, Shadow Wood, Belle Lago, The Vines, West Bay Club — where every haul-off has to clear the guard gate, respect the HOA’s driveway rules, and get in and out without dinging a stone entry column. We plan every Estero junk removal job around that.
We also handle the busier commercial and residential corridors around US-41, Corkscrew Road, and Estero Parkway — mattress hauling and mattress disposal in Estero, refrigerator and appliance pickups, garage and attic clear-outs, and outdoor storage sheds packed with a decade of accumulation. If you’re near Coconut Point, Miromar Outlets, or FGCU, our crew is regularly in that pocket, which usually means faster arrival slots.
The most common calls we get in Estero fall into a handful of shapes. Snowbird turnovers between seasons — old furniture out, new pieces in, and the shed cleared before family flies down for winter. FGCU student move-outs at the end of spring semester, when parents want the apartment emptied fast. Property cleanouts for the long-term residents downsizing to smaller villas. And post-storm debris runs after Southwest Florida’s inevitable summer weather.
A haul-off in a gated Estero community isn’t the same as a curbside pickup on a Cape Coral canal lot. We coordinate with your gate ahead of time, keep the truck out of shared driveways when the HOA asks, use pads on stone thresholds and tile floors, and leave the space broom-clean — no debris trail down the golf-cart path. Property managers in the area book us on repeat for exactly that reason.
I just had an incredible experience this evening with Brandon and his disposal company. I needed an emergency recliner removal from one of my senior client’s apartments. He not only took care of it with very little notice at a very fair price, he was incredibly kind and respectful throughout the process and made her feel comfortable. I will use his services again in a heartbeat!
It is a great company around Cape Coral, I call they and came on same day, I recommend 💯
Very great experience using this company. Very friendly and professional service. They were on time, they take credit card, and they are fast at removing all of your unwanted junk. Highly recommend!

Brandon had the best prices and came through as fast as I needed him. Absolutely no complaints. Him and his buddy came in and got the job done, and when I say this shit wasn’t light, wow!! 2 men for cast iron tub, bath vanity, 8 bins FILLED with cement and tiles. Would recommend this business to anyone in need. Thanks again!
Needed a neglected hot tub gone. Pure Disposal was fast, professional, and took extra care not to damage anything on the way out. Highly recommend.

We reached out to Brandon to clear out our garage and storage room. He responded very fast, gave us a quote, and set a date. Pick up was very professional and fast. They didn’t leave a single piece of trash behind even brought their own dust pans and brooms to sweep up. Saved his number and will definitely reach out for future needs.

Estero has its own logistics — from Pelican Sound to Miromar to the corridor around FGCU. Here’s why Estero families, snowbirds, and property managers book us on repeat.
Pre-cleared with your guard, patient at the visitor gate, HOA-quiet on the driveway. We know Pelican Sound, Grandezza, and Shadow Wood by name.
We're 20 min from Estero at our Fort Myers base. Text a photo before noon — often same-day, always next-day.
The number in the photo quote is the number on the invoice. No per-item surprise, no dump-fee upsell.
Brandon and Brittany started in 2015. We've been on Estero HOA approval lists longer than most managers have been in their jobs.
Before you book
The four things worth knowing before you send us a photo — so we can lock in a firm time and a firm price the first time.
Estero is about 20 minutes from our Fort Myers base — often same-day when the schedule allows. Weekend and Monday mornings are our busiest windows.
Gate name, gate code (or an approved visitor process), and whether the pile is in a lanai, garage, upstairs unit, or shed. That tells us exactly what crew to send.
Stairs, a long carry from the front door, or a bigger pile than your photo showed. We tell you the new number before we load — never after.
Wet paint, fuels, full propane tanks, chemicals, asbestos, and medical waste. If you're not sure about an item, ask us in the quote.
How it Works
Getting rid of junk shouldn’t be stressful. With Pure Disposal, the process is clear, efficient, and eco-friendly from start to finish. Whether it’s a single item or a full property cleanout, we make junk removal easy for homeowners, landlords, businesses, and contractors across Fort Myers and Southwest Florida.
Use our contact form or call (239) 738-6716. Mention any gate codes or HOA notes.
A flat, all-in price and a firm arrival time — often same-day for Estero.
Two-person crew, floor protection, broom-clean finish. You don't lift a thing.
Upfront pricing
Your price is based on how much space your junk fills in the truck — no hidden fuel or dump fees.
Where we work
We come from our Fort Myers base to Estero regularly — and we cover the wider Southwest Florida region with the same upfront pricing and same-day service.
Good to know
Yes — we’re regularly in Grandezza, Pelican Sound, Shadow Wood, Belle Lago, West Bay Club, and the rest. Give us the gate name and any code when you text your photo, and we’ll coordinate directly with your community’s guard.
Pricing is by volume, starting at $125 for a single item like a mattress or couch and scaling to a full trailer load. Text a photo for an exact, flat quote before we start — no obligation.
Yes, all sizes plus box springs. We haul from the room they’re in — no need to drag them to the curb — and recycle where possible instead of sending straight to the transfer station.
Same-day when the schedule allows, next-day most other times. Because we work Estero regularly, we usually have a crew nearby — text or call early in the day for the best shot at a same-day slot.
Absolutely. Move-out season is one of our busiest windows in Estero — we clear apartments, handle the leftover furniture and mattresses, and leave the place broom-clean so landlords release the deposit.
