Furniture removal in Fort Myers is usually a deadline, not a cleanup mood. The new sofa has a delivery window. The rental has to be empty before the next tenant walks in. The sectional will not turn in a condo hall. Pure Disposal LLC is Brandon and Brittany’s crew, based in Fort Myers since 2015. We come into the room, take the piece apart if the doorway requires it, and load it. You do not wait on a bulk-trash day, and you do not rent a dumpster for one sofa.
Floor runners go down on tile before anything moves. Door jambs get guarded. A sectional, a bed frame, or a wall unit comes apart if that is the only way out without scuffing the trim. Clear a short path and put pets up. If you cannot be home, a lockbox works when you have already marked what goes. We text when we are on the way.
Half the Fort Myers jobs fail on the path, not the piece. Gated communities in Estero and Bonita Springs need the guard list before we roll. Cape Coral canal-lot houses often have a side gate narrower than the sectional. A second-story lanai needs straps, not a hope that the piece will pivot. Condo freight elevators in Fort Myers and Naples have a reservation window. Send those with the photo. If they are in the photo, they are in the price. If we only see a tight turn when we arrive, we stop and say the new number before we load.
A sleeper sofa is the same job as a standard sofa if the hall is normal. The pull-out frame is included when it is in the photo. A glass dining top gets wrapped before it moves. A patio set on a screened lanai is furniture, not a separate service, including pieces that sat out through a storm. A piano, a safe, or a gun cabinet needs its own photo so we can say if it is a normal load or a heavier carry. We will not guess that on the driveway.
Sofas, loveseats, sectionals, recliners, headboards, dressers, nightstands, wardrobes, dining tables, chairs, buffets, desks, filing cabinets, and patio sets. A mattress on the same visit stays on this chart. A hot tub on the same lanai is not this page. The drain, the cut, and the pool-cage door are a different job. A full office of cubicles belongs on the office page. Cabinets still bolted to the wall are interior demolition, not a furniture carry.
We haul the furniture. We do not sort it for a sale. The load goes to the facility. That is the job.
The quote is truck volume, not an hourly clock and not a fee per item. One couch, mattress, or dresser is the $125 minimum. A bedroom set plus boxes is usually a quarter load at $280. Living and dining together often fill a half load at $450. Most of a small home is $635. A house of furniture that fits one truck is $750. That number includes the lift, the load, the drive, standard disposal, and a sweep of the spot the piece came from. We do not add a fuel fee after the truck is loaded.
Stairs do not get a surprise fee if they were in the photo. A second room that was not in the photo does. We stop and say the new load before we touch it. A sectional that has to come apart is not a separate menu. If the doorway photo shows the problem, disassembly is in the number. If the photo was only the sofa and the door is a Cape Coral side gate we never saw, we say the new number before we unbolt it.
Same-day is realistic in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, and Lehigh Acres if you text in the morning. Naples, Marco Island, Punta Gorda, and North Port are the next open route. Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach are booked around the causeway. We do not promise an island stop for the same morning.
A dumpster is the wrong tool for one sofa or a bedroom set. It sits in the drive, the HOA complains, and you still do the lifting. Use a roll-off only if debris will keep coming for several days and someone on site can load it. For furniture, the crew-loaded truck is the job.

Reusable pieces in good condition go to local donation partners when they’ll accept them. Broken, damaged, or worn-out furniture goes to the proper Lee County disposal facility. Mattresses are broken down for material recycling where the facility supports it.
