Brandon and Brittany started Pure Disposal LLC in 2015, and garage cleanouts across SWFL are one of the most reliable services we run. The story is always the same: the garage started as a place for the car. Then holiday decorations, then the kids’ old bikes, then exercise equipment nobody uses, then boxes from the last move that never got unpacked — and now the car sits in the driveway getting cooked by Florida sun while the garage holds ten years of “I’ll deal with it later.”
We clear it in one visit. You point at what stays (tools, workshop gear, seasonal items you actually use), and we haul everything else. Two-person crew, flat trailer pricing by garage size, broom-clean finish, and by dinnertime your car is parked inside for the first time in years.
Garage size is a useful guide, but the price depends on how much is actually inside. A single-car garage packed to the rafters can take more space on the trailer than a half-empty two-car garage. That’s why we price by trailer load, not by garage size.
Florida heat and humidity are hard on stored items. Cardboard boxes absorb moisture and attract pests, so sealed plastic bins kept off the floor hold up better. Wall shelving and ceiling racks free up floor space for your car, and a quick check before hurricane season keeps clutter from building back up.
Before everything goes, check for things worth keeping or passing on, such as tools in good shape, bikes, sports gear, and furniture someone could use. Look through boxes for tax records, warranties, and important papers.
If it’s been sitting in the garage for years and you want it gone, we load it. These are the items we haul most often.

He not only took care of it with very little notice at a very fair price, he was incredibly kind and respectful throughout the process and made her feel comfortable. They didn’t leave a single piece of trash behind even brought their own dust pans and brooms to sweep up. Saved his number and will definitely reach out for future needs.

We lost the first floor of our house from Hurricane Ian and our friends and family helped us tear out everything after the storm, including some family photos we wanted to salvage. We price by trailer load: $125 for a single item, $280 for a ¼ load, $450 for a ½ load, $635 for a ¾ load, and $750 for a full trailer. Garage size is a guide, but the amount of stuff sets the price. We confirm it before we start, and there’s no hourly billing.
Yes. We’re based in Fort Myers and serve Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, Marco Island, Punta Gorda, North Port, and the islands. Send a photo of the garage and your address and we’ll confirm.
Preferably yes — you point at what to keep and we clear the rest. If you can’t be there, a video walk-through beforehand works, or a labeled “KEEP” pile and everything else goes.
Empty containers yes. Full or partial chemicals, wet paint, gasoline, and pesticides need Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) disposal — we can point you to Lee County’s HHW drop-off program or refer a specialist.
